Matthew Findley

Matt has 15 years of experience with Novartis, General Electric, Monitor Deloitte, Baxter, and WPP. He has worked in sales, marketing, strategy, and business development and most recently was the General Manager for Novartis’ generic pharmaceutical business in the Philippines.

 

Before Novartis, Matt was with GE Healthcare where he led a business unit focused on B2B capital equipment sales in Asia. He joined General Electric in 2006 as Director of Strategy for the Life Sciences business based in Sweden.

 

Prior to GE, Matt was a strategy consultant and project manager with Monitor Deloitte, where he focused on healthcare, FMCG, marketing strategy, and organizational design and worked across the US, Europe, and Asia. He holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Washington and an MBA from INSEAD.
